* i just found Fish ala Bordolaise on wikipedia. Turns out that this kind of Fish got some story.
Let me tell you:
it was invented by Langenese-Iglo in 1969
the name was never granted by the patant office but it always was one of the strongest selling fish in the froozen food business.
Over the years many other companies created there own different kinds and all were based on the initial one made by Langenese Iglo

A lovely Sunday at my parents place:

After a big night out I woke up hungry this morning. I had "the one and only" Mett for breakfast! love love love it!

after breakfast i went back to bed and slept until lunch was ready! no photos here though. After that i slept some more, went out fishing (photo) at the river, climbed trees and...

met again at the table at 4 pm sharp:
